Design-build and value engineering
When there is no engineered mechanical set, or the engineered system does not fit the budget or the equipment lead time, we design the system. Load calculations, equipment selection, duct layout, ventilation compliance and a stamped set when the jurisdiction requires it. Owners and general contractors use this to lock a number early and avoid a redesign after permit.
New construction and tenant improvement installation
Full mechanical rough-in and trim for ground-up buildings and interior build-outs: rooftop units, split systems, mini-splits, VRF, ductwork, diffusers, controls, condensate, gas piping and refrigerant piping. We coordinate roof curbs and structural openings with the steel and roofing trades, and we sequence around your drywall and ceiling dates.
Rooftop unit replacement and equipment changeouts
RTU replacement on occupied buildings: unit selection and match-up, curb adapters, crane and rigging, electrical disconnect coordination, refrigerant recovery and disposal, and startup. We handle A2L refrigerant transitions and can quote a like-for-like replacement or an efficiency upgrade with payback math.
Commercial kitchen ventilation
Type I and Type II hoods, grease duct, exhaust fans, make-up air units and hood balancing for quick-service and full-service restaurants. Kitchen exhaust is the single most common source of failed inspections and comfort complaints in restaurant build-outs, so we size, install and document it to the International Mechanical Code and local amendments.
Ventilation, DOAS and indoor air quality
Dedicated outside air systems, energy recovery ventilators, code-required outside air, building pressurization, filtration upgrades and exhaust for clinics, labs, salons and warehouses. Correct outside air and pressure control keep doors closing properly, humidity down and inspections clean.
Hydronic and process cooling
Chilled water and hot water piping, pumps, boilers, air-cooled chillers, fan coils and process cooling for larger commercial and light industrial buildings.
Preventive maintenance and emergency service
Scheduled PM agreements for single sites and multi-site portfolios: filters, belts, coil cleaning, refrigerant and superheat checks, drain treatment, economizer and controls verification. Warranty administration on equipment we install, plus after-hours emergency repair for commercial clients.
Test, balance and closeout
Air balance reports, startup documentation, O&M manuals, warranty letters and as-built markups delivered as a single closeout package so your certificate of occupancy is not waiting on mechanical paperwork.
