Aether HVAC holds Texas air conditioning and refrigeration contractor license TACLA00143808C, issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Certificates of insurance and W-9 are available on request for GC prequalification.

Do you work directly for general contractors?
Yes. Most of our work comes from general contractors as a mechanical subcontractor. We also work directly for developers, franchisees, restaurant groups and building owners.
How fast can you turn around a bid?
Send drawings and we will return a complete, levelable bid on your schedule. For straightforward tenant improvements we typically turn a bid in a few business days.
Do you do residential HVAC?
Our focus is commercial. We take on residential work selectively, usually for existing clients in the Richmond, Sugar Land and Katy area.
What areas do you charge a travel or mobilization fee for?
Work inside the Greater Houston service area above carries no separate mobilization line. Projects outside the metro are priced with travel and per diem shown as a clear line item in the bid.
Do you offer emergency service outside business hours?
Yes. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and after-hours service is available for commercial clients. Call (713) 826-3979.
